This Privacy Policy explains how Cher Ami ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Business Case Generator website and application (the "Service"), including when you contact us through the Microsoft Marketplace listing.
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, business email, company name, and phone number when you request access, join a waitlist, or contact us. When you use the Service, we collect the inputs you enter to generate a business case (for example company, product, and financial assumptions) and basic usage data such as pages visited and actions taken, for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
We use the information to provide and improve the Service, generate the business cases you request, respond to your enquiries, send you service-related communications, and, where you have opted in, occasional product updates. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your business-case content to train third-party AI models.
